NOTICE OF POSTPONEMENT OF THE GROUND BREAKING CEREMONY & FUNDRAISING DRIVE

OFFICIAL NOTICE OF POSTPONEMENT - The Diocese of Arua wishes to inform all Christians, friends, well-wishers, institutions, companies, and the general public that the Groundbreaking Ceremony and Fundraising Drive for the construction of a Home and Clinic for the Elderly and Sick Priests at Pokea Minor Seminary, which had been scheduled for Saturday, 27th June 2026, has been postponed.

This decision follows the continued public health precautionary measures and guidance issued by the Ministry of Health regarding Ebola vigilance within the region.

Despite the postponement, the Diocese kindly encourages all faithful and well-wishers to continue supporting this noble cause through donations to the Diocesan Treasury using the official channels provided by the Diocese.

Let us continue praying for the safety, health, and wellbeing of our communities while supporting the vision of providing a dignified home and healthcare support for our elderly and sick priests.
