Metu, West Moyo, Northern Uganda - Rt. Rev. Sabino Ocan Odoki, Bishop of Arua Diocese, has expressed deep appreciation to Rev. Fr. Robert Seraph Aliunzi, Co-Founder and Board Member of e3Africa . and St. Thomas Aquinas College, Erepi, for his selfless efforts in advancing education for young people in Northern Uganda.

The Bishop made the remarks during a pastoral visit to St. Thomas Aquinas College, Erepi, where he confirmed 219 students into the catholic faith, blessed candidates ahead of their examinations, and dedicated the newly completed school facilities to God. He praised Fr. Robert, who is currently in the United States, for his dedication in mobilizing donors to support the school's growth and provide scholarships for needy students.

"For all the sacrifices Rev. Fr. Robert is making, I know God blesses his effort. He is a man of God, and God is indeed touching the hearts of donors through him," Bishop Sabino said.

The Bishop also thanked all the donors from the United States and other places for their generosity in supporting Fr. Robert's mission. He encouraged Christians to be generous even with the little they have, saying, "The story of the widow who gave two coins teaches us that God blesses the little we share."

Quoting from the Holy Father's recent document "I Have Loved You" (Dilexi Te) , Bishop Sabino called on Christians to care for the poor and the vulnerable, following Jesus' example. "Fr. Robert and others have made it their mission to help those who cannot access quality education," the Bishop said. "They show that true faith is lived through love and generosity."

Bishop Sabino urged students to stay in school and parents to support their children's education. He thanked Rev. Fr. Sunde Ochima, the Parish Priest, and his curate for their hospitality and for organizing the celebration. The bishop reminded the faithful that the mission of Christ belongs to everyone, not only to priests and religious. He encouraged the newly confirmed to take part in apostolic movements and live out their faith as true witnesses of Christ. He also blessed candidates preparing for their final examinations and prayed for the continued growth and success of the school and its community.
