He shared personal insights into his own journey towards priesthood, underscoring the profound impact of early aspiration and continual nurturing in shaping one's path towards a life of service within the Church.

Bishop recalled his childhood aspiration to priesthood when he served as a young altar server. Even during playful imitation of the Holy Mass with friends, he demonstrated a keen interest in priestly duties, distributing cassava slices as symbolic Holy Communion. These early experiences, he noted, unknowingly set the foundation for his vocation, leading him from a seminarian, priesthood and now to his current role as bishop.

In his homily, Bishop reflected on the Gospel passage of Jesus and the apostles facing a turbulent storm at sea, using it as an allegory of life's inevitable challenges. He reminded the congregation that having faith in God can calm even the fiercest storm encouraging them to trust in God's plan in their lives.
