Bishop Sabino Raises Urgent Alarm Over Alarming West Nile High School Dropout Crisis.

The Bishop made the alarm during the Holy Sacrament of Confirmation for 180 children at Obongi Catholic Parish in the Arua Diocese on January 17, 2024.
He urged the youth who have dropped out of school to enroll in vocational training institutes that can equip them with skills, enabling them to support themselves and sustain their families.
Bishop in his address called upon the youth to cultivate the spirit of hard work, drawing parallels to St. Joseph, who diligently cared for Mother Mary and is now honoured.
