Bishop relating to the "Parable of the Talents" in the Gospel according to Saint Mathew, encouraged the believers to labour towards discovering their talents in place of envying those with many blessings. The Bishop conveyed to the faithful that blessings come with profound responsibilities, and those favored with more are, in turn, held to bigger expectations. Furthermore, he underscored that a Christian duty is to employ his or her talent to uplift the others.

"The gospel today reminds us that the gift of God that we have received is for a purpose, and we have to use them to help others, the gospel according to St. Mathew presents us three persons, who have received gifts from God, the first one received 5 talents, and talents in the times of Jesus was not a small money, it was of a big value, if translated in the present day, it is close to 5 billion Ugandan shillings, the one who got 2 talents got an equivalent to two billion Uganda shillings, and the last one got one. So God gifts to us are not small as we see most time, never think of your self as nothing. Discover the gift of God, then you will know how valuable you are. I know a man from Eastern Europe , called Nicholas, he was born without arms and legs. Can you imagine being born with the arms and the legs completely off. His story is, when he started to grow up, he realized that he had no arms and legs like the rest of the children, and he started to hate himself. He was even cursing God and his Parents. Until one day , he thought to himself that these curses will not change his situation, and help him in anyway. He had to change his mindset. He begun to discover himself, he started to learn how to sit by himself, how to answer the telephone, he begun to search for his talent, today as we speak, he is one of the greatest inspirational speakers the world has got. Those with the gift of speaking, use your gift to inspire others, to uplift others, to help others. To the rest of us, let us discover God's gift in us, and use it. you will find great happiness" Said the Bishop.

The Bishop extended his heartfelt appreciation to Father Robert Ojama, the Parish Priest of Ajia Parish, Arua Diocese, commending his efforts in overseeing the completion of the magnificent new church at the Parish Center. He thanked the parishioners for their warm reception, urging them to partake in the joyous celebration of his ordination anniversary as a Bishop.
